PrideSports® Kicks Off New Year with Victory at Sentry Tournament of Champions

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., January 10, 2022 – PrideSports confirms the winner of the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions relied on a combination of the company’s Pulsar® and Metal Stinger® spikes in his FootJoy shoes en route to setting a new PGA Tour scoring record for a single tournament.
Capturing his fourth Tour title, the 28-year-old Australian had a final score of 34-under-par at the Plantation Course at Kapalua on the island of Maui. With the win, he moved into the top-10 in the Official World Golf Rankings. Beyond the winner, 29 of the 38 competitors in the field – consisting of only players who captured Tour wins in 2021 – chose shoes with replaceable spikes over spikeless alternatives.
